I made a card with no one in mind for it! I wanted to craft and didn't want to make a card for a specific reason.

The main image was a free download from Paper Trey Ink: http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/file...g-download.pdf. I colored the image with my aqua pen and ink. I kept going over the flowers after each layer dried to get it so saturated.

I used the ruffled ribbon technique.
