GCC1027 - Perky elf

A new challenge has been posted over on the Outlawz. Come on over and join in on the fun.

The Sponsor this week is: Inky Impressions and the image is Jingles the Elf.

The theme this week is "Anything Goes" since it is the last Monday of the month.I will say, while it's still 88 degrees in Arizona, it's hard for me to get into the Christmas card making mood. The sentiment and the image are both from Inky Impressions. I used the towel technique and sponged it over the rabbit after I colored it to give it a look like fur.

I used this card as inspiration on Pinterest.

TCCCB1022 - Spooky

This is my last card for The Crafter's Café. I have really enjoyed my time on that board as a Design Team member. I've come to the realization that working 55+ hours a week for several months in a row and fulfilling my craft obligations wasn't working well. I had to make the sad decision to resign. I'll miss the great girls on the site and the projects.

This week, over at the Crafter's Café Challenge blog, the theme is "spookable". Come on over and join in on the fun.

The Sponsor this week is Delicious Doodles and the image I chose is Eye Scream. This was the perfect image for a spookable challenge. Don't you think? I added Glossy Accents to the eyes and teeth. Oh my...in real life, the eyeballs feel (not that I know what an eyeball feels like - bwaaahahaha) and look real.

TCCCB1008 - Spooky Halloween

This week, over at the Crafter's Café Challenge board, the theme is to create anything but a card. Come on over and join in on the fun.

This week, our theme is to use black, white, orange and one other color.

The Sponsor this week is Eureka Stamps and the image I chose is Bat #1805.

I used Glossy Accents on the bat and the green banner to make them stand out more. I also added googlie eyes while the Glossy Accents was still wet. I used the Sketch For You To Try from Reverse Confetti and also used this card I saw on Pinterest as my inspiration. I only colored the green banner on my sentiment stamp. The image was already colored in black.
