GCC0526 - Gnome is where the heart lives

It's Monday and Memorial Day in the United States! And that means a new challenge has been posted for the Greeting Card Challenge over at the Outlawz. This week, our theme is Anything Goes since it is the last Monday of the month. Come on over and join along in the fun.

When I saw this gnome home, I wanted to create a little scene using my Freshly Picked cartridge, however, the card just wasn't large enough to add two gnomes so I went with the garden sign. I added wood grain to the sign, but didn't run it through the Cuttlebug. For some reason, that ef rips the paper and because I wanted to use the ink to make the woodgrain show up, I couldn't use waxed paper. I just inked the ef and then pressed to get the woodgrain added instead. The clouds were fussy cut from Amy Tangerine paper and the grass and sign were cut from my Cricut. I added different thicknesses of pop dots for dimension.
