GCC1223 - Tie and Lace 'em up
This is the card for the Outlawz Greeting Card challenge for 12/23/2013. The theme this week is to create a project that uses lace and ribbon. I really wasn't planning on this card taking this look but I incorporated both lace and ribbon. I used this sketch from My Favorite Things that I pinned on Pinterest.
