TCCCB0730 - Happy Birthday

This week, over at the Crafter's Café Challenge board, the theme is to use a digital image. Come on over and join in on the fun.

This will be a birthday card for my mom. Saw this image and thought of her for two reasons. She is a cosmetologist and has a yorkie dog. The lady doesn't look at all like my mom which I'll explain, but the other parts of it made me smile and thought it would be perfect for her. I must be on a banner kick lately. Yep...I like 'em and it gives an opportunity to use scraps and in this case, all washi tape which was a first.

Accessories: Cuttlebug, Xyron die, Bling from Target $1 bin, Washi tape (8 different rolls), pop dots, SU large polkadot ef (turned so embossing is on the back and the circles are debossed on the front).
